PROJECT BACKGROUND
The client is a well-known brand with a chain of coffee shops covering many towns and cities across the UK.
Whilst the specific requirements for each outlet varied, the objectives were common to all sites:
- Provide security for the premises when closed
- Provide onsite security for the valuables
- Provide access control through a master key system
- Help keep the store operational in the event that keys are lost
SOLUTION
This is a business relationship that started small and has grown. In the first instance, we provided the keys for a small number of stores. Our expertise and attentive customer service was soon recognised, and we were given the responsibility of providing locksmith and key management services for the whole network of coffee shops nationwide. Following the successful roll out of these services, we were invited to extend our services further to include the supply and maintenance of safes and intruder alarms for each site too. This satisfied customer continues to use Barnet Lock and our sister company Tindall Security for all their security needs.
