Designing a master key system for multiple locks and numerous user groups is complex. Managing these keys requires a robust process and great attention to detail to ensure that duplicates are recorded and given only to people with the correct authorisation.

With life-critical services on offer, our ability to offer a responsive and reliable emergency call out service is also fundamental to the success of this relationship.

As with so many of our clients, this started off as a relatively modest requirement for one site. We started by supplying the locks and a key cutting service to the Royal London Hospital.

Having to work around the patients and staff of this busy hospital meant that our engineers needed to be sensitive and respectful to their environment, keeping the noise to a minimum and ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene were a priority.

Our excellent customer service and specialist expertise delighted our client and led to us being asked to provide a broader range of services to multiple sites within the same NHS Trust, including the Mile End Hospital and several satellite clinics across East London.
